Hey gang, wanted to update the old "One Chart to Rule Them All" with the
new updated production speeds as of March 1st 2025. Please be aware the
chart below is the per hour production for each of these values. I'm
just going to post the google sheet link and give a few of my thoughts below. If I can reply to this with a screenshot of a chart I will, but at the moment it's not letting me post with the chart screenshots in the post.
One Chart to Rule Them All (Page 1) Percentage Increases (Page 2) https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1-tFSnqe80kj9ELTdTuIFDi0Hai3IifGRxJym1u7CdR0/edit?usp=sharingMy takeaway: Fangs and Pikemen surpassed Dwarven Halbardiers as the 3rd best defense on plains against cavalry. Kobolds are significantly stronger and nearly make Clan Guardsmen obsolete. Previously Guardsmen had a significant advantage over Kobolds for their cav defense while suffering in everything else. With the new changes, Kobold cav defense on plains has increased to being ~3% shy of Guardsmen defense while retaining the massive advantage vs everything else. Stalwarts advance to 2nd best attack on plains in raw attack power. Surpassing Marshal and Deathpack. Fangs retain their spot of 2nd best overall attack (behind Stalwarts), the best defense in Forests, and above average defense against all units in other terrains. Production speed bonuses to racial troops doesn't vary much only having a 6% difference between highs and lows, with Dwarven Infantry topping out at a 16.2% increase while Human Cavalry gets the low end at 10.2%. Speed Increases for the racial troops is significantly varied. Orc Spears getting no bonus, up to Human Cav getting a 29.2% bonus. The largest movement speed bonus is Elf Cav, getting a massive 34.7% buff. |

It’s been brought to my attention that not everyone knows how to read this chart or had seen the previous version on the warmonger blog. Please refer to the original warmonger post for clarity on how to interpret, and the purpose of this chart. It’ll be linked below, a big thank you to the kind folks who put together the original and the whole warmonger series.

Nice job, but a request:
Could you freeze the header row + column? It would make scrolling through the data easier to handle! Thanks
