To clarify, the exploits I see have nothing to do with preventing sieges. Mostly they involve the possibility that people will create alts for the purpose of sieging and capturing cities on their main, after suspending the account(s).

Well, my response was bow locks, who the GMs have seen fit to silence, but really that is not forbidden either as far as I've seen. Though I would feel like I was tempting fate trying something like that.

What I described is not forbidden, but I think it is an exploitable mechanic and should be deemed such. Naturally only the GMs can decide if it is an exploit and if it is whether it is worth changing the game mechanics to prevent it from occurring.
