Gifting Prestige

   I think it'd be a good idea to allow players to gift other players Prestige. This can be accomplished by either allowing someone to purchase prestige on behalf of someone else, or by allowing someone to give their prestige to someone else. This gifting system would be perfect rewards for player-run tournaments and quests.

The amount gifted can be limited to a designated amount per day, if the gifting system seems broken in anyway.

	matiez, I believe you currently can buy prestige for someone if you are a Sitter on their account. Being able to give prestige that you've already purchased, in small amounts, would be -awesome- though, and would make for great prizes for player-run events!
