Their claim is more of a no-claim zone, to be sure, but these are also covered in the landclaim map. If they win, the map will reflect this as indicated by the legend.

Iron claims Westmarch as a claim free zone, which is a form of claim. RE claims Westmarch as a landclaim, which is another form of claim. The claims are mutually exclusive, which means they are in competition.

Eowan is partially right. The complete map of Illy measures 2001 x 4301 tiles which means it is twice as tall as wide. While that is not an issue for a mobile device it is a bit awkward for a laptop/desktop so trying to come up with a page design that would work on both is fairly problematic (at least for a professional idiot like me).
