Brand...I had to send massive individual scouts to Boomerex in order to get the scout report I needed....granted I was a little late on the draw.  You have to admit that this is a genuine technique.  The point of this next one is to get players to see the benefits of building diplos and using them instead of concentrating on sole military building.  Critique the rules if you like...I'm not offended by your thoughts and Ideas on it.  Any good idea in general should be considered.  It is being hosted by myself and several good friends.  Play if you like or dont play if you dont like the rules.  Just keep in mind that this is several weeks away from fruition and I'm still looking for alliances to sign up.
