   Hey i've been hearing a lot about level 1 & 2 quests being time wasters and only useful for getting advanced recources, and quest points for ranking, given this if a player comes late to quests they'd just quickly build the tavern up and would never do the lower level quests, why not make to mandatory to have a certain amount of quest points to do a certain level of quest.

	I like that. Who would entrust you with a difficult task if you haven't proven first that you can be relied on? Also, failed quests could have a negative impact on your reputation
