Restrict online status in memberlist

Please consider adding in the ability for alliance leaders to restrict access to the online status of the alliance member list to designated alliance ranks.

This will drastically reduce the liklihood of cowardly internal espionage.

I first complained about this very thing about 2 years ago.  It frankly came as a shock to me that we'd have so little control over the dispensing of sensitive player information.

White used it to goon and plunder all members of Harmless who were away for Thanksgiving, only declaring war after we found out several days later.  Our members are and were well versed in the "loose lips sink ships" philosophy, but we couldn't make the game itself shut up.
