The tournament squares have randomly relocated themselves, one per region, with the usual sensible ruleset (not a player city, no sov, no incoming settlers, no incoming units, no pre-occupying armies, no NPCs etc).

Wait, what do you mean by "Midnight of Jan 2" is when the tournament starts? The end of the day Jan 2 & start of Jan 3, or end of Jan 1 & start of Jan 2?
