When you are changing from one type of sov building to another, the sov screen keeps updating. Please stop that constant updating. If I am trying to change the state of one sov square, I couldn't care less that something completed on a different sov square. But the screen updating keeps placing my mouse over a different control resulting in the wrong sov square being changed, and in the wrong way. Please wait until the screen is updated by my completing the operation on the current sov square before updating everything else on that screen.

In addition, Adding a "demolition all" and "Build all" system would be nice.
The refreshing screen is a real apain, adding to the joyous experience switching from say Infantry Production to Cow production. ( surely it's awaste of bandwidth too? )

This is one of the UI glitches that gets more annoying the heavier use you make of it. It's fine if you are just levelling down a couple of sov structures, but it is utterly infuriating when you are trying to switch around, say, 12 different structures.

I second the suggestion of adding a "build all" or "destroy all" option (maybe with adding checkboxes to build/demolish sov structures on selected plots). With the way the current interface is set up, you have to do at least 3 clicks per sov square: to open it, to select the structure you want to build, and then to build it. That is at least 60 clicks per city. On top of it add some clicks when you tried to open a sov square while the others are updating. When these other squares are done updating the one you have opened auto-collapses and you have to click on it to open it again. That easily brings the number of clicks per city to 100.
