boost on Exodus, no boost on settling… This won't encourage seeding BL, as long as quests/discoveries in Elgea aren't balanced with BL, no?

we got a Marley's fan :D I love this new change, my city got to land in BL at 3 march but logging in today it was already arrived :P good job, exodus from elgea to BL was truly a big pain in the ass
