Will there be an equivelent to the statue mystery, brewer and other such things already in place in the Broken Lands?
In other words will there be mysteries already out there waiting to be solved.

I might be too late, but if you could say something interesting about the new quest arcs and how to influence the NPC factions, that would be nice.

I read that it will be possible cast spells from Elgea to the Broken Lands if they are within range. Approximately how wide is the gap between the two continents?

Will BL begin implementing magic, and will Bl have creatures there that are not in Elgea, which have been hinted in other forum threads? Creatures like Monstrous and un-dead, for example.
Will the rules for exodus be the same in BL (level 20 warehouse) and rules for seiging (level 20 barracks)?
Is is mandatory that everyone initially settle their first city in the neutral area, and if so what are the rules for being allowed move a city (again, level 20 warehouse)?
Will there be any changes to buildings, such as combining the blacksmith, forge and armorer to the same plot and earning each through levels to save plots in city?
If we cant have armies in BL actively misbehaving in the neutral zone, what about thieves or sabs?

According to the FAQ, all players new to the continent start in a "newbie ring" style area that is NOT in the protected zone.
All settlements founded by players who are new to the continent appear in temperate terrain. This will give you access to a nearby Faction Hub for trade, and the local Factions are friendly or neutral to you as a default, and you will have seven days of New Player Protection to protect you
Also, it basically states that city movement is probably the same there as in Elgea.
This region is outside of the Protected zone, and it has no access to any especially rare resources. You can of course move this city, either to the Protected area or to a more challenging region with rarer resources, once your New Player Protection has expired.

well we all know that moving your new town is not going to happen after the 7 day protections have expired. It takes forever to build to level 20 warehouse. whats the point of moving there if you can be attacked without ability to raise an army to protect yourself in 7 days?

Well you don't technically move there. Everyone starts at ground 0, and with no outside resources allowed to be shipped in protecting yourself will be rather easy. What is the eta on a single spearman trained with no outside help? I am sure you can get a few runes up much faster than that.
I would also assume that your towns over there start with a Tenaril spell of their own, so after 7 days you could move your capital anywhere you wanted. Any vets around to let us know what it was like with no vets around to overload us with resources?

Really slow, as you had to bring all those res fields up to a certain level before being able to build anything... We were happy for those little res we got sent from King Sigurd after finishing the Tutorial (some 200 basics each, plus 10 horses, if I remember correctly...)
