   Shrapnel Memorial Academy [SMA]

We are part of the SMA/ITG/FDU family, and one of the premiere training alliances in Illy. We provide fun, knowledge, and support in a friendly environment that allows you to express yourself and find your own way in Elgea. We help you to learn the game without a dogmatic doctrine that can thwart your creativity. We will teach you and give you our opinion but your choices are yours which we will respect.

What we do:

1. Teach you the ropes both in Alliance Chat and on our Alliance Forums
2. Provide a virtually unlimited amount of basic resources to help you grow FAST
3. Stage frequent inter-alliance events and tournaments for fun, experience, and prizes
4. Give you the option of staying or leaving our alliance IF/WHEN you are ready (no pressure)
5. Participate in all Illy-wide tournaments and support alliance members during the tourneys
6. Allow you to settle your cities anywhere and any way you see fit
7. Give you a voice in alliance affairs, and opportunities for leadership when you are ready
8. Conversely, we leave you alone if you would rather be a silent member
9. We protect you from aggressors of any type, and help to mediate any misunderstandings
10. Give you a home in one of the most respected alliances in Illy

	We still have a handful of spots open, and we will be making some more space soon if we fill up (inactives). By the way, we just finished our May tourney worth millions in prizes, and beyond price in experience/knowledge. You won't find a better training alliance than SMA. We are sister alliance to FDU and ITG. Come join us, and have fun learning the game!

	Hi Folks Since the recent purges, and folks moving on to bigger alliances, we have plenty of openings (15ish). Also, we have 1 upcoming contest and 1 intra-alliance tourney coming up. The contest can be done by anyone, even a complete newbie without much knowledge of the game. The tournament will be fun, and even if you are too small to participate, you will learn a ton just by lurking Alliance Chat while folks discuss the events. Also, our prizes are awesome, and we award prizes to more than just the overall winner(s). Did I say we rock? Yeah, I believe I did at the top ...

	There's a few spots left for those interested. Support from a great group of vets and some seasoned newer players as well. 	Just opened up some new spots over at SMA... refer to the top of this post for an idea of how our training alliance works. Not sure how to get your footing? Worried about moving to the "wrong" area or joining the "wrong" alliance? Come on over to SMA, we'll help you get established and give you all the support you need while you get a feel for Illy. Feel free to move on when ready or hang out for as long as you'd like (higher positions available for those who choose to stay). IGM for an invite if interested. New inter-alliance tourney for newer players coming shortly, sign up and participate for your share of the prizes. PS- We rock so much we're done posting about how much we rock.
