Yes Rhea, Soulstealers are out: 

Attacking Soulstealer attempts to cast Lifeseap. The spell takes hold, and a luminescent green light flickers across the battlefield towards Commander Harry Berlin, who loses 50 points of Health from his current 600 Health, leaving a total of 550 Health before battle commences.

yikes - awesome looking beasties!

These things could really flip the tournament rankings on their head if they come in any numbers more than a couple over the lasy 2 night.
