Createure, it appears that only one blockade has any chance of capturing a caravan. (This is also reflected in the description in this post.) When the blockade is evaded by the caravan, the person whose blockade is evaded receives a notification. This did not occur in at least two of the instances where the second or later blockade got the caravan.
I don't know that this is actually a bug, it might be a problem with the documentation (aka a "feature"). That is why I called up this thread and posted here.
Thanks!

lol Silverlake, nCrow has been doing a LOT of blockading as a result of the Christmas Challenge. The cities are all inactive accounts. (Or else they are REALLY not paying attention.)
Most of the blockades are not mine but belong to members of my alliance. I'd say blockade hasn't gotten this big a workout previously.

Lots of buggy stuff with blockades.
One of my armies just replicated itself and is now blocking 2 squares near 377|-43.

Sure thing Silverlake, as long as KillerPoodle and HonoredMule say it's OK.
Bonaparta, don't tell the devs about the duplicate army thing! I'm hoping they both come home! Uhhh ... not that it happened to me ... or anything. Interestingly, mine are on different timers -- one has 4 days longer than the other. Is that the case for you as well?

Yeah Rill, mine are at different timers too. But I'm now showing 5 armies in a town that can only have 4 commanders. I will research 5th commander this week. Perhaps I'll be allowed 6 armies in that town :)
But sadly I already reported that to GMs. Perhaps they will ignore the petition.

Regarding Rill blockading Silverlake: It's Silverlake's account, so if he wants it done that's entirely his business.
