If it means getting new updates then KILL the old UI NOW!
/me chuckles I don't think you can retire commanders in new Ui. I know you can destroy them but I don't think you can retire them. Other than that.... |

Yup, you can. Item 2 here. Patchnotes are good, patchnotes are wise. Can we only have posts in this thread from people who actually, really, definitely know of core things that only work in the old UI (and not the new UI)? Thanks in advance, SC |

Just to quickly break the rule there, it might be wise to add that the commander has to be outside of an army before retirement.

Up until yesterday, from the Diplomat order screen, you could input the x|y coordinates. That option is no longer available it seems in UIv2. Not sure if it is available in UIv1.

Oh and have you fixed the feint option for attacking armies? I'm quite sure it doesn't work, unless it was fixed and i missed that part. It could create some problems... |

What about the datafile exports? As far as I can tell, they still run
from old UI code (they stopped working when UI1 went down before). I
did ask about this quite some time ago, but never got a response. I'm
currently building systems which will rely on this or a similar data
source, but have held off on the actual parsing and table structures thus far, not wanting to code against a moving target.

Forum alliance posts cannot be deleted from the new interface, you have to use the old one.

This happened to me too, I know that you cannot delete the original post but I cannot even delete the post under it, very frustrating

Anyone else seeing the problem? I'm not sure whether this is just a typo, or whether I will be upgrading my wall to the level it already is. City Wall Level 7 The City Wall is a critical element of mounting a successful defence. Encompassing all the main buildings that form the heart of your thriving city, the City Wall provides defensive bonuses to all troops based at this location. Each upgrade to the City Wall increases your city's defence bonus.
