Is it possible to have duals/multiple users on one account? So it is a shared account.

Not as a sitter (so they don't have an account), but as a person you "personally trust" to share the account with and be on at the same time if need be

There can only be one.

Sharing accounts (via shaing the password) is strictly forbidden - sitters are the way to go.

you could have two different players who sit each other's accounts.
