City Wall Levels messed up

I was leveling up my city wall today and it said "upgrade to level 12", so I clicked upgrade. Since I was upgrading a level 11 and wanted to go to level 12. Well I did not want to go past level 12 because I am going to use exodus.

When I got home to check on the progress I saw this (look at picture below). I thought it was strange that I went to level 13 but it is no big deal. Wondering what happened I went to go look at the city wall inside my castle and I saw that it read "upgrading to level 13" which I guess is normal, but below that it read "upgrade to level 13."

I think during one of the upgrades or something, the level of the city wall got messed up. I'm not sure, can you look into this?

Also if you look at the time, shouldn't the city wall really be at level 11, with an upgrade going to level 12?

Ah thank you Rill, I didn't know that. Well I'm glad my wall is level 13 now. XD
