Additional Step for Horse production

The idea is that there should be an additional step for horse production. With sufficient food production a certain amount of hay and straw should be produced. This would be an additional requirement for horse production to keep people with larger accounts from just cranking out horses for profit. This would essentially equalize the game a little bit. Just an idea.

	Why make an additional step it would be pointless, larger players would still produce faster than smaller players. The only thing that will slow down the production would be a drop in demand for horses, let the economy equalize itself.
